Cancellation Policy

At Stillwaters Creek Campground & Cabins, campsites and cabins are reserved exclusively for each guest. Because inventory is limited and reservations directly impact campground availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise approved by management.

Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Management reserves the right to cancel unpaid or declined reservations without notice.

RV SITE & CABIN CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before Arrival

Reservations cancelled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival

Reservations cancelled fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS & SPECIAL EVENTS

Reservations during holidays, peak weekends, group events, or special event periods may be subject to modified cancellation terms, minimum stay requirements, or non-refundable booking policies.

Any special booking conditions will be disclosed at the time of reservation.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS

Reservation changes are subject to availability and current pricing.

Management reserves the right to:

  • Limit reservation changes during peak periods

  • Charge administrative fees for reservation modifications

  • Decline repeated reservation changes intended to avoid cancellation penalties

Changing reservation dates does not guarantee preservation of original pricing, site type, or cabin assignment.

NO SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

  • Early departures

  • Voluntary shortening of stay

Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior communication may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

Management reserves the right to cancel reservations or terminate stays due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Severe weather

  • Flooding

  • Utility failures

  • Emergencies

  • Government orders

  • Circumstances beyond management control

Management also reserves the right to terminate stays immediately, without refund, for violations of campground rules, unsafe behavior, disorderly conduct, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, prohibited sewer practices, property damage, or other violations of campground policies.
