Guest Registration Agreement & Park Rules
Welcome to Stillwaters Creek Campground & Cabins. By entering, occupying, or remaining on the property, all guests, occupants, visitors, and invitees acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of stay, removal from the property, and forfeiture of all fees paid, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1. Check-In / Check-Out
RV Site Check-In: 1 PM
Cabin Check-In: 4 PM
Check-Out: 11 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges. All guests must register all occupants and vehicles at check-in.
2. Occupancy & Vehicles
Maximum occupancy per RV site: 6 persons.
Maximum occupancy per cabin: 6 persons.
Maximum number of vehicles per site: 2 vehicles, including the RV and towed vehicle if applicable. Vehicles must fit on the gravel pad at the site.
No parking in grassy areas or on near utilities as this may severely damage water/sewer lines.
Additional vehicles, trailers, boats, or extra equipment require prior approval from management and may be subject to additional nightly fees.
Occupancy limits are established to promote safety, preserve quiet enjoyment, and support park operations.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at booking.
Reservations cancelled more than 14 days before arrival will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are nonrefundable.
No refunds will be issued for early departure, weather, acts of nature, utility interruptions, wildlife, discomfort with outdoor conditions, or violations of park rules.
Guests removed from the property for rule violations will not receive a refund.
4. Speed Limit & Vehicles
The park speed limit is 7 MPH at all times.
Vehicles must remain on designated roads and parking areas.
Reckless driving, burnouts, and off-road driving on grass, trails, or undeveloped areas are prohibited.
ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts are prohibited.
5. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests must maintain quiet and respectful behavior at all times. Excessive noise, loud music, profanity, disruptive conduct, or any behavior that interferes with the peace of other guests is prohibited.
No generators.
6. Campfires, Firewood & Smoking
Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings or approved fire pits.
Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before leaving.
No outside firewood permitted. You may burn wood found inside the campground and bundles are available for purchase.
Guests are encouraged to use only approved or locally sourced firewood to help reduce the spread of pests and disease.
Fireworks, firearms discharge, and explosives are prohibited on the property.
Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are prohibited in cabins, bathhouses, laundry areas, office areas, and other enclosed common-use buildings. Smoking outside must be done in a manner that does not disturb other guests, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
7. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome but must be:
Leashed at all times.
Picked up after immediately.
Non-aggressive and kept under the owner’s control.
Pets may not be left unattended outside.
Aggressive pets or repeated nuisance barking may result in removal from the property without refund. Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage or injury.
8. Sewer & Wastewater Rules
To protect the campground sewer system and comply with local wastewater requirements:
Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used.
Wipes, feminine products, grease, paper towels, chemicals, and foreign objects must not be flushed.
Guests must follow all posted dump station and black tank treatment procedures.
If required by management or local authorities, guests agree to use approved black tank treatment chemicals before dumping.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by improper sewer use.
Improper dumping or discharge onto the ground is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Chemicals & Tank Treatments
Due to county wastewater and sewer system requirements, formaldehyde-based RV holding tank treatments are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Prohibited products include any tank treatment containing:
Formaldehyde.
Bronopol.
Paraformaldehyde.
Glutaraldehyde.
Similar biocidal disinfectants not approved by management.
Guests agree to use only RV-safe, biodegradable, septic-safe tank treatments approved for campground and municipal wastewater systems.
Management reserves the right to deny sewer hookup access, require corrective action, or remove guests from the property without refund for violations of this policy. Guests may be held financially responsible for damages, fines, cleanup costs, or sewer system impacts resulting from prohibited chemical use.
9. Bathhouse, Laundry & Common Facilities
Bathhouse and laundry facilities are for registered guests only unless otherwise approved by management. Guests must leave all shared facilities clean and in good condition after each use.
Children must be supervised in bathhouse and laundry areas.
Laundry machines are for clothing and approved washable items only.
Washing boots, shoes, rugs, pet items, or heavily soiled materials may be prohibited.
No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use is permitted inside bathhouses, restrooms, laundry rooms, or other enclosed common facilities.
Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to management promptly.
Guests may be charged for misuse, abuse, or excessive cleaning required in any shared facility.

10. Garbage & Site Cleanliness
Guests must keep their site clean and free of litter at all times. All trash must be properly bagged and placed in designated dumpsters or trash receptacles.
Do not leave garbage, food waste, cigarette butts, or debris outside.
Do not burn trash in fire rings or fire pits.
Do not dispose of grease, chemicals, or hazardous materials in trash receptacles or on the ground.
Guests are responsible for leaving the site neat and orderly upon departure.
No clotheslines permitted - It makes our trees sad and is a safety hazard.
Management may assess cleaning charges for littered sites, overflow trash, or debris requiring staff cleanup.
11. Cabin & Site Condition
Guests agree to leave cabins and sites in substantially the same condition as check-in.
Charges may apply for excessive cleaning, smoking inside cabins or buildings, missing items, property damage, unauthorized guests, sewer damage, and pet damage.
Excessive clutter, storage, tarps, or outdoor items inconsistent with campground appearance standards may be prohibited at management discretion.
Management reserves the right to charge the card on file for damages or rule violations.
12. Visitors
Visitors must register with the office and may be subject to additional fees.
Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
13. Children
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Children must be supervised around creek areas, trails, fire pits, roads, and bathhouse and laundry facilities.
14. Outdoor Environment
Use of campground, amenities and outdoor areas is at your own risk.
Natural hazards may include, but not limited to, uneven terrain, wildlife, water hazards, slippery surfaces, falling limbs, and changing weather conditions.
Campground property is located in a natural wooded environment. Falling branches, insects, snakes, wildlife, mud, uneven terrain, and other natural conditions may exist. Guests assume all risks associated with outdoor and wooded recreational areas.
Guests assume all risks associated with outdoor recreation and activity on the property.
15. Drones
Drones, unmanned aircraft systems, and similar remote-controlled aerial devices are prohibited.
16. Liability Waiver
Guests understand that camping and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks.
By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Stillwaters Creek LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for injury, loss, theft, accident, vehicle damage, acts of nature, utility outages, sewer interruptions, internet outages, or wildlife encounters.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the campground from claims arising from guest actions, visitors, pets, or vehicles.
17. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any guest for rule violations, disorderly conduct, illegal activity, unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, or damage to property.
No refunds will be issued in such cases, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Photo & Marketing Release
By entering the property, guests consent to the use of photographs and video footage taken in public campground areas for marketing purposes unless written notice is provided to management.
19. Wi-Fi Disclaimer
Complimentary Wi-Fi may be provided as a convenience only.
Service availability, speed, and reliability are not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for securing their own devices and data.
20. Agreement
By signing below, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
