RV Stays:

Reservations cancelled 15 days or more in advance of arrival will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.

Cabin Reservations :

Reservations cancelled 15 days or more in advance of arrival will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of a one night's stay.

All Cancellation policies apply upon day of booking even if terms and conditions are not signed.
