Please contact the office for early or late check-in/out needs.
If keys are not returned by 11:30 AM, a $50 late fee will automatically be charged.
If you would like to authorize other guests to check in on your behalf or before your arrival, please provide their names in advance. We cannot grant access to anyone without prior approval.
New Policy in effect:
To help ensure that our pool amenities remain available for registered guests and residents:
Cabin & RV guests will receive wristbands based on their cabin's maximum occupancy and the dates of their reservation.
Additional wristbands beyond the allotted amount may be purchased for $15.
Wristbands will be color-coded by day to assist with monitoring and access control.
Guests must be able to present their wristband upon request by resort staff. Individuals who are unable to provide a valid wristband will be asked to leave the pool area.
Speed Limit:
The park speed limit is 10 mph. Guests will only be warned twice for exceeding this limit, after you will be asked to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
If you are bringing a pet, please let us know at check in. There is a $25 per pet fee [max 2].
Any undisclosed pets will incur a fee of $150 per pet.
You must check in at the main office during business hours.
No EV Charging [Including motorcycles] allowed anywhere on property
After-Hours Check-In Instructions:
Upon arrival, head to the Main Office [building in front of gas pumps]. To the left of the ice box, you’ll find an "Arrival Box" containing an envelope with your last name on it. Inside the envelope, you’ll find:
A map to your assigned site
A welcome letter with Wi-Fi details (including the password)
General rules for your stay
A key (if you're staying in a cabin)
Please note: We do not have cellular service on the property. To make calls or text, log in to our Wi-Fi and enable Wi-Fi calling.
Internet
We do offer Wi-Fi; however, due to our location in the Texas Hill Country, connectivity can be limited. Many guests appreciate this as part of the experience—it’s a chance to unplug, slow down, and enjoy the surroundings. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee consistent service throughout the resort or inside the cabins.

Smoking Rules:
No smoking inside cabins, retreat, ranch house, event center/rec hall, bathhouses, laundry facilities, or inside the fenced pool area and office/campstore. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or illegal drugs, candles, incense, or anything that contains smoke/ashes. If smoke/ashes is/are detected or smelled in one of the facilities you rented, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee automatically.
Fireworks and Firearms:
Use of fireworks and firearms is strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV or Cabin, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Open Fires:
Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings. You must place the fire pit over gravel or concrete so that the heat from it does not damage the grass. No grills are allowed on any patio or deck throughout the resort. Please make sure to observe any BURN BAN notices throughout the resort.
Pet Policy:
$25 pet fee per pet [max 2], $150 will be charged automatically if you do not disclose you have a pet and we find a pet has been in your cabin.
Indoor pets are welcome. No dogs unattended outside (no chaining, no fences where dogs are left unattended). E-collars are permitted if you are supervising your dog. Dogs must be cleaned up after, even in your space, and must be leashed and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times. Noisy or unruly pets are not allowed. No aggressive breeds. If your animal is aggressive, you will be asked to permanently remove them from the park. Pet damage to cabin or resort property will be charged to the guest. Pet fee of $250 for any cabin rental over 7 days
Children Policy:
Children must be supervised at all times. Parents/guardians must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guests’ children.
Laundry:
The laundry room is open 24/7. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Pets are not allowed in the laundry room. No smoking in the facilities
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud parties, loud music, or public intoxication at any time. Guests are responsible for their visitors
Pool/Hot Tub:
No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk.
Pool Hours: Sun & Thur 1PM-10PM / M,T,W,F,S 10AM-10PM
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pool use is restricted to registered guests only.
All guests and residents must wear wrist bands while in the pool at all times.
Please adhere to Rules posted on gate
Management reserves the right to deny pool access
We do not provide pool towels, so we recommend bringing your own. Bath towels are provided for use inside your cabin, and we ask that they not be taken to the pool. If cabin towels are used at the pool, we will not be able to provide replacement towels during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Please be advised that dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the pool area or the pool itself. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and comfort of all guests.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the resort without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Safety:
The resort maintains a ZERO-tolerance policy for violence or threatening behavior.
To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests, employees, and residents, any form of violence, aggressive conduct, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited on resort property.
If such behavior occurs:
Management may require the guest to leave immediately, without refund.
Law enforcement may be called if a guest refuses to leave or if the situation presents a safety concern.
The resort may issue a ban from future stays at management’s discretion.
All incidents will be documented for safety and legal purposes.
Not Responsible:
The Resort is not responsible for accidents or injuries due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, animals (domesticated or wild), acts of God, or other unforeseen acts.
Please notify staff or management immediately of any hazards or dangerous situations.
For our Cabin Guests:
Property Policies: Missing/Damaged Items, Cleaning, Smoking and length of stay
Please note the following policies to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:
Any missing or broken dishes, utensils, appliances, linens, or pillows will be charged to the guest accordingly.
An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be assessed if excessive cleaning is required, including the cleanup of vomit, bodily fluids, or messes caused by animals.
Smoking inside any of our facilities is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
All applicable charges will be automatically applied to the credit card on file.
All Cabin rentals are limited to 21 days max with no extensions allowed.
Pet fee of $250 for any rental over 7 days

Cancellation Policy
Cabin Reservations:
Reservations canceled 15 days or more in advance of arrival will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
Reservations canceled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
Cabins and RV sites are assigned based on availability. Management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable unit if necessary. Guests will be notified if a move would result in a downgrade or if they have paid the $25 lock fee. While we make every effort to avoid relocations, there may be situations where a move is unavoidable.
For our RV guests:
Rent:
All space rent is due in advance. Any stay beyond the prepaid term is subject to a late charge of $10.00 per day. Non-payment will result in immediate termination of utilities and all privileges. Any guest’s terms can be non-renewed at the sole discretion of management.

Payments
Short-Term Guests: Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Long-Term Guests: The first full month’s rent must be paid at the time of booking; access to the park will not be granted until this payment is received.
Monthly Payments: Subsequent monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments not received in full by the 3rd of the month will incur a $35 late fee.
Utilities:
We charge monthly guest electricity. Current electric rate: $0.12/kWh
No EV Charging allowed anywhere on property
Mail Delivery
Mail is delivered to the office.
Violations:
Guests/tenants that have more than 3 unresolved violations may be asked to leave the park and possibly go through the eviction process. Formal violations will be handed out as needed.
No Parking:
Please do not park on open sites or on the roadway without approval from park management. Please respect the privacy of fellow guests and do not walk through occupied sites. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
RV Site:
Please keep your RV in good working condition and clean. We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition. Please keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and out of the way of the grounds crew. Unless performed by a licensed, on-site RV repair company, no repairing or overhauling of vehicles is allowed in the park. NO OIL CHANGES.
Water and Sewer Disposal:
A positive sewer seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required on all sites. We may operate on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than biodegradable toilet paper in toilets (no sanitary products).
Site Appearance:
No permanent fixtures such as wood or metal canopies, sheds, etc. are permitted. No porches unless PRIOR management approval. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table. Storage bins are allowed under your RV. The garbage dumpster is available at all times. The dumpster is for household garbage only, no furniture or large household items. No batteries or hazardous materials are allowed in the dumpster.
Right to Evict:
The RV park reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who disregards the rules without a refund. All park facilities and equipment are intended for the convenience of our guests. Any and all persons using these facilities do so at their own risk.

Rights Reserved:
We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and fees that we deem necessary. We request advance notice prior to leaving. Leaving without notice could forfeit your deposit.
Acknowledgment:
By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and understand that it is your responsibility to follow all campground rules. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that your guests and invitees comply with these rules as well. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules may result in removal from the campground without a refund.
All cancellation policies apply from the date of booking, even if the Terms & Conditions have not been signed.
This property is privately owned. Your camping privileges are granted with the understanding that you release Texas Hill Country Resort, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers, and employees from any liability for loss or damage to property and/or personal injury while using the campground facilities. You also agree to indemnify and hold the campground harmless from any claims arising from the use of its facilities or participation in any activities, games, or events sponsored by the park.
