Twin Rivers Canyon Resort

Reservation Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access to our RV sites and allow adequate time to rebook canceled reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:

Standard Reservations

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

No-Shows

  • Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and do not notify the resort will be considered a no-show and their reservation shall be cancelled.

Early Departures

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, inclement weather, road conditions, or changes in travel plans.

Reservation Changes

  • Reservation date changes requested more than 14 days before arrival will be accommodated when possible.

  • Changes requested within 14 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation.

Special Events and Holiday Weekends

  • Reservations during holiday weekends, festivals, or special events may require a longer cancellation notice period and may be non-refundable. Any special conditions will be disclosed at the time of booking.
