Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of Twin Rivers Canyon Resort and apply to all guests, visitors, and occupants of the property.

1. Reservations and Payment

  1. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment or deposit has been received and confirmed.

  2. Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain reservations, holidays, or special events.

  3. Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

  4. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a campsite.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.

  2. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  3. Early arrivals and late departures must be approved by management and may be subject to additional fees.

  4. Guests arriving after office hours should notify management in advance.

3. Occupancy

  1. Campsites are limited to a maximum of six (6) guests unless otherwise approved by management.

  2. Only one RV and one additional vehicle are permitted per site unless approved by management.

  3. Additional vehicles may be subject to parking restrictions or additional fees.

  4. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and visitors.

4. Site Use

  1. Campsites must be kept clean and orderly.

  2. Guests may not alter, damage, or remove resort property.

  3. Clotheslines, fencing, structures, or permanent fixtures may not be installed without written permission.

  4. Use of generators may be restricted or prohibited except during utility outages.

5. Quiet Hours

  1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  2. Excessive noise, loud music, disruptive behavior, or nuisance activities are prohibited at all times.

  3. Management reserves the right to require guests to reduce noise levels or leave the property.

6. Pets

  1. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

  2. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet whenever outside the RV.

  3. Pet owners must immediately clean up after their pets.

  4. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or unattended pets may result in removal from the property.

  5. Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

7. Visitors

  1. Registered guests may have visitors during reasonable hours.

  2. Visitors must comply with all resort rules, policies, and these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Management reserves the right to limit or deny visitor access.

8. Fire Safety

  1. Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings or approved fire pits.

  2. All applicable fire restrictions must be obeyed.

  3. Fires must never be left unattended.

  4. Fireworks are prohibited on resort property.

9. Speed Limits and Vehicle Operation

  1. The maximum speed limit within the resort is 10 MPH.

  2. Motorized vehicles must be operated safely and by licensed drivers.

  3. Reckless driving is grounds for immediate removal from the property.

  4. ATVs, dirt bikes, minibikes, and similar vehicles may only be operated in designated areas if permitted by management.

10. Utilities

  1. Guests are responsible for ensuring their RV electrical systems are in safe operating condition.

  2. The resort is not responsible for damage caused by improper electrical connections or guest equipment.

  3. Utility interruptions may occur and do not automatically entitle guests to refunds.

11. Natural Environment

  1. Guests acknowledge that the resort is located in a natural outdoor environment.

  2. Wildlife, insects, uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, and natural hazards may be present.

  3. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of members of their party.

12. Liability

  1. Guests use the resort and its facilities at their own risk.

  2. Twin Rivers Canyon Resort, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents occurring on the property except where required by law.

  3. Each guest agrees to, at their sole expense, indemnify and hold harmless KTDC, its officers, agents, employees, and assigns against any and all claims, demands, judgments, losses, costs, damages, expenses, or other liabilities, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by or claimed against KTDC, its officers, agents, employees, and/or assigns, that arise out of or are based upon whether directly or indirectly, guest’s or their visitor’s actions, omissions, errors, and/or breach of contract related to use of the Resort’s facilities or their conduct while on the Resort’s property.  

13. Property Damage

  1. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, members of their party, visitors, pets, or vehicles.

  2. Costs associated with repairs, cleanup, or replacement may be charged to the guest.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Twin Rivers Canyon Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. And the Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations, or require guests to leave the property without refund for:

  • Violation of resort policies.

  • Disorderly, abusive, or illegal conduct.

  • Unsafe behavior.

  • Damage to resort property.

  • Failure to comply with instructions from management.

15. Cancellation and Refund Policies

All reservations are subject to the resort’s published Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

16. Agreement

By making a reservation, checking in, using any feature or facility on Resort property, or occupying a campsite, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
