Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Reservation canceled according to the Cancellation Policy.

• Duplicate charges or billing errors.

• Site unavailable due to a resort operational issue.

• Emergency closure of the resort

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Early departures.

• Late arrivals.

• No-shows.

• Inclement weather, wildfire smoke, river conditions, road closures, or other events beyond the resort’s control.

• Dissatisfaction with conditions that were clearly disclosed prior to booking.

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

Management Discretion

Management reserves the right to review unique circumstances and may issue partial or full refunds at its sole discretion.
