Hidden Lake Campground – Refund & Cancellation Policy

By reserving a campsite, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

GENERAL POLICY

  • No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, discomfort with natural conditions, or early departures.

  • Refunds or credits are based solely on the timelines and fees listed below.

  • All cancellation or rebooking requests must be submitted by Phone at 336-739-1011

RESERVATIONS BOOKED FOR 6 NIGHT OR LESS

  • If you need to cancel, you may receive a partial refund 

    • A one-night ($50) cancellation fee applies.

    • You must notify the office 7 days or more before your check-in date to qualify.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are not eligible for refunds.

  • Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day) are non-refundable and non-rebookable, regardless of cancellation timing.

RESERVATIONS BOOKED BETWEEN 8 AND 29 DAYS

  • If you need to cancel, you may receive a partial refund.

    •  A two-night ($100) cancellation fee applies.

    • You must notify the office 7 days or more before your check-in date to qualify.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day) are non-refundable and non-rebookable, regardless of cancellation timing.

RESERVATIONS BOOKED FOR 30 DAYS OR MORE (MONTHLY STAYS)

  • No refunds will be given for monthly reservation cancellations or early departures.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a monthly site.

  • Before committing to a monthly site, please ensure your plans are firm.

  • Monthly sites are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be held if arrival dates change unless:

    • Arrangements have been made with the office, and

    • Full payment has been received in advance.

NO-SHOW POLICY

  • A “No Show” is defined as a reservation holder who does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and fails to contact the office in advance.

  • No refunds or rebooking credits will be issued for No Shows.

SITE LOCK & SITE CHANGE FEE

  • A $5 fee applies for all site lock (specific site guarantee) or site change requests.

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS

  • Reservations for Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), and Labor Day weekends are final upon booking.

  • No refunds, rebookings, or credits will be issued for these dates regardless of notice period.
