Cancellation Policy

Whiskey Retreat understands that travel plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations unless otherwise stated in writing.

Short-Term Reservations

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Arrival

Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time are eligible for a full refund of site fees paid, less any applicable processing fees charged by the booking platform or payment processor.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Arrival

Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time are not eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and do not notify management will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit all amounts paid and the reservation may be canceled without further notice.

Monthly Reservations

Monthly reservations are billed on a month-to-month basis.

Notice Requirement

Guests occupying a monthly site must provide at least 30 days written notice before vacating.

Failure to Provide Notice

Guests who fail to provide the required 30-day notice may remain responsible for site fees through the notice period or until the site is re-rented, whichever occurs first, as permitted by applicable law.

Reservation Modifications

Requests to modify arrival dates, departure dates, or site assignments are subject to availability and management approval.

Changes to a reservation may result in rate adjustments based on current pricing and availability.

Park-Initiated Cancellations

Whiskey Retreat reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Property emergencies

  • Natural disasters

  • Utility failures

  • Severe weather events

  • Circumstances beyond management's reasonable control

  • Violations of park policies

When a reservation is canceled by Whiskey Retreat for reasons other than guest misconduct, guests will receive a full refund of any prepaid site fees.

Rule Violations

Guests who are required to leave the property due to violations of park rules, illegal activity, disruptive conduct, nonpayment, or safety concerns are not entitled to a refund or future credit.

Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the reservation platform used to book the stay or directly to management by phone, email, or other approved communication method.

A cancellation is not considered effective until confirmation has been received from Whiskey Retreat.

Policy Changes

Whiskey Retreat reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking shall govern that reservation.
