Quiet campground , clean, bath/ showers are excellent! Friendly staff. They sell ice and firewood. Close to Dollywood, you can hear the train from the park. You are close to everything but it feels like your in the countryside.

The camp staff was friendly, and what stood out to me was the fact that they used electric machines (we were there during the week during the lawn care maintenance) was an obvious yet not thought of form of grass/weed maintenance was a big plus. Great place to stay and a great price. Definitely would recommend!

It was very easy to find (coming 8 hours from Pittsburgh, PA) and it was walking distance to the local.shops and trolley to Gatlinburg. The people working there were so helpful and friendly. My daughters liked visiting the cats (Winky and Gizmo) every day. The pool was a nice feature, although it was a bit dirty, probably just from being under the trees. The bathrooms were well-kept and the laundry room was easy to use. We stayed for 8 days and really liked it here.

Advertising showed internet, two pools and pet area. Internet was down for the whole week we were there. Found out it has been out for a very long time. Grass was overgrown in a lot of areas. One pool was closed up and appeared to have been for a long time. Staff was very friendly, but apparent there is a management issue. Dog poop everywhere. Cafe that was advertised was frozen pizza or chicken nuggets. No real cooking. Would not stay again. Campground has the potential of being nice, just needs leadership that cares about the guests and not just making a buck.

Spots are very small... soo small you can't even use the picnic table provided. Has 2 pools only 1 is open and it is dirty. Their was 3 washer and 3 dryers 1 washer was broken but wouldn't of mattered anyways because your clothes smelled horrible by the time they were done being washed and dried. 1 way road in and out and soo many people park right along the road making it so hard to even get into the camp sites. Nothing updated for kids to do.

NO WIFI , pool wasn't open as advertised, got camp site at pool so we could have it fishing pond and shower house all togethor. But camp site was clean staff was very nice.
