The interior of the little cabins were just not up to par. The door didn’t close smooth it was binding and there was no margin. The bathroom was so small I couldn’t dry off in there without knocking my elbow the towel bar, the pocket door hardware was installed incorrectly and worked only by the rigging someone did to it. The exterior stairs were falling apart and had partly detached from the cabin itself which is a safety hazard. The railings were flimsy and falling apart. Overall it looked like minimal up keep and correct maintenance were not regularly practiced and only happened when something broke. The people were very nice and very friendly and welcoming, the camp ground was decent and clean and the pool was nice for the kids, the location was beautiful.

Great location. Cabins were clean but not well stocked with silverware/utensils as we forgot to bring paper plates and plastic utensils.

Everything was amazing! Perfect for our family! The only downfall was the limited pool access due to some minor issues, but definitely will be back!

Bathrooms were clean for the most part, extremely hot in them. Only 1 of 2 pools were open, WiFi was poor, cell service for T-Mobile was inconsistent. Roadway around camp was narrow, uneven, and filled with metal caps, potholes and other “hazards”.

Two reasons why it was not an excellent score. 1. the metal plates in the roadway make a heck of a noise when run over by a car or camper. They seem to be perfectly located so they are hit by every vehicle, therefore, too noisy. 2. the playgrounds (both of them) need some TLC, they are both rundown. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and it was a great location,

This is a clean quiet park. It is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Staff was very friendly. It has a pool but we did not use it.

Campground was ok. Definitely not as nice as the aerial pictures show and verbal descriptions given. Park has obviously aged. Was very disappointed that the park grounds had not been mowed, especially with a holiday weekend. Neither pool was opened either. Will definitely look at other parks in the area next time.
