Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 7 or more days before check-in:
    You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee to cover transaction costs.

  • Less than 7 days before check-in:
    A 50% refund will be issued.

  • Within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows:
    No refund will be given.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Early Departures & Late Arrivals

  • There are no refunds for early departures, late arrivals, weather conditions, or power outages beyond our control.

  • Guests who depart early or fail to arrive on the scheduled date will forfeit all payments.

Reservation Changes

  • Reservation date changes must be requested at least 7 days before arrival and are subject to availability.

  • New dates must be within the same calendar year as the original reservation.

  • If the change results in a higher rate, the difference will be charged.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date and do not contact us in advance will be considered no-shows.
All payments will be forfeited, and the site will be released back into inventory the following day.

Weather & Natural Conditions

We do not offer refunds or credits due to weather, natural events, or unforeseen acts of nature.
Camping is an outdoor experience, and guests should plan accordingly.

Management Discretion

Management reserves the right to make exceptions for verified medical emergencies or extraordinary situations, at our sole discretion.
