Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to maintain reliable site availability for all guests.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available based on the timing of your cancellation, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

  • Less than 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.

  • Within 48 hours of check-in or no-show: No refund.

Refunds apply only to cancellations made within the designated timeframes.

Refund Method

  • All eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used at booking.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement after approval.

  • We do not issue cash refunds for credit or debit card transactions.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Early departures or late arrivals.

  • Weather-related events (rain, storms, temperature, etc.).

  • Power outages, water interruptions, or other temporary utility issues.

  • Site dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

  • Failure to comply with campground rules or removal due to violation of policies.

Camping is an outdoor experience — we encourage guests to plan accordingly for all weather and seasonal conditions.

Refund Exceptions

Management may, at its sole discretion, grant partial or full refunds for extraordinary situations such as:

  • Verified medical emergencies.

  • Travel restrictions or accidents en route to the campground.

Each exception will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and proper documentation may be required.

Reservation Modifications

Date changes or modifications do not automatically qualify for a refund.
When possible, we’ll apply payments toward a future stay within the same calendar year if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival.
