Welcome to Yogi’s RV Retreat & Nature Suites in Summersville, West Virginia.
By confirming a reservation, completing online check-in, or entering the property, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Reservations

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a site.

  • A valid credit or debit card is required at booking.

  • Full payment or required deposit must be received to confirm a reservation.

  • All rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.

  • Reservations are non-transferable without prior approval from management.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

  • Guests must call or text (304) 880-5855 upon arrival for site guidance.

3. Payment & Balance

  • Any remaining balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival.

  • Accepted payments: credit card, debit card, or approved electronic payment through CampSpot.

  • Returned payments or chargebacks will result in cancellation of the reservation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 7 or more days before arrival: Full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.

  • Within 48 hours of arrival or no-show: No refund.

  • No refunds for early departures, weather conditions, power outages, or other acts of nature.

  • Refunds, when applicable, are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Campground Rules

  • Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

  • Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the property.

  • Pets: Welcome! Must remain leashed and cleaned up after at all times. No Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, or Chows allowed. Please read our pet policy on our website. MUST HAVE UPDATED SHOT RECORDS, You cannot check in without it.

  • Fires: Only permitted in designated fire pits. Do not create new fire areas and never leave a fire unattended.

  • Trash: Please place all garbage in the provided dumpster before leaving.

  • Alcohol: Permitted at your site in moderation. Disorderly conduct is not tolerated.

  • Visitors: Must register with management and depart by 10 PM unless staying overnight (fees may apply).

  • Vehicles: Only one RV/camper per site unless pre-approved. Park only in designated areas.

6. Site Care & Use

  • Keep your site clean, orderly, and free of debris.

  • No mechanical work, vehicle washing, or fluid changes are permitted on property.

  • Please do not alter landscaping, drive on grass (unless designated), or dig trenches.

7. Winter Season Notice (November – March)

All RV sites feature freeze-resistant water spigots, so water remains available year-round.
Guests are responsible for protecting their own hoses and RV plumbing during freezing weather:

  • Use a heated hose or wrap with insulation.

  • Keep sewer hoses disconnected when not in use.

  • Drive carefully — roads may be slick after snow or ice.

  • No public bathhouse or laundry is on-site (laundromats are available nearby in Summersville).

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that camping involves inherent risks.
By entering the property, guests assume all responsibility for themselves, their companions, pets, and property.
Yogi’s RV Retreat & Nature Suites, its owners, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or property damage occurring on the premises.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners and employees from any claims arising from use of the property or participation in activities nearby.

9. Management Rights

Management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  • Remove guests without refund for violating rules or engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

  • Relocate reservations when necessary for maintenance, safety, or operational needs.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for reservation and communication purposes and is never sold or shared with third parties.
