Wet weekend but wonderful. Washing machine doesn't work. Needs repair or replacement or removal. We are going to return when the leaves change. 5 stars.

We stopped by here 2 years ago,it was spotless.GREAT deal,love the FREE washer and dryer.STILL a great deal,but in dire need of some cleaning and maintenance.7,SEVEN spider webs in the shower,WITH babies!!

The campground was well maintained and stayed pretty quiet for our entire trip. The bathhouse was clean and well stocked with tp. We will be staying here again!

Bathrooms could be cleaner, remove cobwebs, & dirt from corners . Install a new ceiling vent that's not moldy& rusty. I called deferent times to ask questions , I even sent email, nobody called. It is truly a unique place and we would return.

Very nice and clean campground, with good amenities and a very nice river. The tree houses were very cool but would not be my style of camping, great for a small group or family, though!

Our group had all 4 of your cabins to gather and visit at this amazing venue. We rode our bikes through the town of Windsor and spent our weekend on our kayaks and paddleboards and fishing. This was our second trip there and we will be back!

It's a beautiful location with easy parking and access, and the interiors of the cabins are roomy. The cabin had not been cleaned (there was trash from a previous stay) and the seal around the tree trunk was loose. Overall a nice place, but in need of some attention by staff.

The bathrooms were in poor condition. No table. No fire pit. I had to pull water facet out from a mud hole. The ground could have been leveled with simple raking. I will not return.

If you’re looking for a unique experience, look no further. We will definitely visit again. I do recommend an air mattress.
