We had a lovely stay, this was the perfect spot to get to know our new camper. The campground and treehouses are located just off of the main drag but set back nicely, feels very quiet. There were only 3-4 other sites occupied during our stay which was a bit surprising but a bonus since we basically had the place to ourselves!The bath house amenities looked very nice, grocery store about 5 minutes away. If you’re looking to fish, kayak, or just get away and relax this is a good spot. We walked the boardwalk trail at the nature center, short but nice.

We did not stay for the nights we reserved because the water hook ups were below ground level and covered with stagnant water. Site was small in a not too well maintained field.

Very nice quite place to enjoy nature. The Free washer was broken and out of order. I booked this area to relax and catch up on my laundry…when traveling without a car it’s hard to take your clothes to a laundry mat. They advertised this camping spot with free washer and dryer. That’s why I booked an out of the way nature spot . Other than that is a good place to relax.

Loved Cashie River! Nice little campground with cool treehouse stays on the river. You can kayak all day if you want. If you'd like a meal out, go directly to the Heritage House - great southern-type food! It's about five minutes away. Windsor is such a nice area.

There had been a heavy downpour just before we arrived and there was several inches of water standing in our site. It was late the next day before the water receded but was too wet to walk until the 3rd day. Other than that it was a wonderful visit. The bath house is clean and well maintained and the entire campground is nice. It would be nice to have picnic tables on each site.

We really liked the campground. The reason for the low rating is because the restrooms did not get cleaned the 3 days we were there. The campground was fully booked and the restrooms ran out of toilet paper and paper towels.
