The campground was clean,quiet,and laundry was free

We love this place. It's so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of life. There are so many campsites we could go to, but this is one we continue to return to. We stay in a 2013 Aliner Classic. We have no radio, no TV antenna, and very little T-Mobile connectivity. (This was us with our limited equipment; not necessarily you.) Oddly enough, we didn't miss it. It is an adult's paradise. And likely a typical child's nightmare. It's PERFECT for when you want to REALLY get away - but still have electricity and indoor plumbing available. The back-in sites are great if bad weather is expected. The trees block the winds from the back and offer good shade for half of the day. At the same time, the trees may affect your signals for TV, radio, or/and cell. The bad part of the back-in sites are there is no concrete pad, or grill (fire hazard). Most have no fire pit. (Again, fire hazard.) The middle pull-through sites are the best for good weather. They are still close to the bathhouse, but far enough away from the street light so it does bleed through your windows. All pull-through sites have a concrete pad, and a grill, but the fire pits are a bit away from where one would typically set up camp. Secluded yet convenient to gas, fishing, and local dining (within a 5-15 minute drive.) There is no playground, no pool, no cable, no wifi, and nothing that would attract or entertain children but a river and the wildlife that accompanies it. It is a quiet, complete, no-frills, clean, natural setting setup.

It was really cold this morning and the shower was lukewarm at best... I was the first shower of the day.

The campground was clean and welcoming. We walked down to the treehouses and stood on the pier for a few minutes. Check-In was as simple as an email.

It was just what I expected. It was quiet, clean, and spacious. Everything was as advertised

Excellent place, the cabin was great. Only minor complaint is the highway traffic noise, but you can’t do much about that.

I search for a campsite near fayetteville nc. This pop up on the top of the list. I booked it right away. Then I realized it’s actually 156 miles away. I immediately try to cancel the booking. it’s around noon, but no one answer the phone. I keep calling several times, always answering machine. I tried to cancel online, there is no refund. Lost $30.

Great campground.

Nice, quiet campground. Peaceful! Electric, Water, & sewer. The site was fairly level so we did not need to lower our leveling jacks.

I love coming out to this campground but really wish there was a picnic table and fire ring at each site. The campground is always quiet and the bath house is always clean.

We stayed 2 nights in our 32’ fifth wheel. Quiet, quaint, and maintained little park. While we didn’t stay in them the treehouses looked pretty cool. Only 2 negatives during our stay: 1) the critter proof garbage can was full the entire time and as far as we could tell it wasn’t emptied on a regular basis. 2) the city water hook-ups are below grade and we’re full of murky water making it a challenge to connect to. It also made me question the sanitary aspect of the connection. Fortunately we use a Clear Source triple filter system on the supply side and follow that up with a Berky for our drinking water. Nice people here!

The campground and amenities are great, issue with a squatter who had trash strewn about the campsite. Good response from public officials to do what was needed to have them move on. Might be best to have someone on site as a host.

We stayed for two nights in the first treehouse. It was wonderful. The site was very clean and there was a trash can outside of the treehouse where we could dispose of anything, if needed. There is electricity inside with an overhead light and a lamp. The only downside is that there is no indoor plumbing and the bath house is a long walk away. We bought a toilet seat that fits on a 5 gallon bucket in the camping aisle at Walmart and the plastic bags made to fit inside. This was perfect for both kids and adults to use during the night to avoid the long walk. There are clean showers in the bath house. The campsite overall felt very safe, and it was a quiet weekend stay out on the Cashie River!

Well someone was in my reserved site. Looked like he had been there for a while..

Everything was as expected. I like the primitive vibe of the treehouses. The beach launch made accessing the river easy.

Such a cool place. I will definitely be coming back
