Checked in online and when we arrived at 2pm in a Saturday there was no one available at the office. No packet with helpful info or anything. There were phone numbers posted on the office door, but no one answered when called. We were not provided any information regarding Wi-Fi or the code for the locked bathrooms, laundry room or pool. After leaving messages, we received a call back several hours later providing the code for the pool and the bathroom. We received a text the day after we checked in providing the Wi-Fi information. We stayed for three nights and the entire time we were there we did not see one employee. While the facilities were fine I was disappointed with the lack of availability of any staff and the noise level outside was pretty rough. It is right next to the freeway, so freeway noise is heard all day and night. There was a garbage can outside of our spot, but we were not told if we were allowed to use that or when garbage pick up day was. Most people that were staying at the park seemed to be long-term residence. I thought it was interesting that the rules of the camp ground state that no RVs older than 15 years would be allowed, but we were parked right next to a very old schoolie tha looked like it had not moved in years.
