Because on Saturday it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone when there was an issue and the store and services are closed on weekends then I was charged for a second vehicle that never came into park at all

1. Family behind us was dirty and left trash (dirty diapers, food, plastic trash both at campsite and at the beach. Over 11 people were there too! They checked in Tuesday March 19 and left March 20. 2. We asked to borrow a ladder and you guys would not allow due to liability. We needed to close our awning. Due to you not letting us borrow the ladder we had to pay $280 for repair. Other than that the location is good. But your staff need to do much much better. Thank you.

The staffs were friendly and facilities are clean. However, some of the mens and womens showers and toilets wasn't working.

Great camping, not allot of people camping in their travel/RV/5th trailers, people always fishing at the trout pond, quiet hours @ 8pm. And it got down to 33F COLD nights. Rained a little, all around good time for the price.

I’ll start off by saying my wife and I for the most part enjoyed our stay at Monument Camp (On the trout pond). The campers were friendly and respected your space. On the down side, our stay could have been much more pleasant if the Autumn leaves would have been raked or piled up with a leaf blower away from the camp site. It was unpleasant to walk to the picnic table or the hookup amenities while stepping on geese droppings hidden under the leaves. Many of the sewer caps were either broken or missing, there is no excuse for this. There were many day use vehicles speeding through camp which needs to be monitored more for safety. Overall, we’ll revisit the campground in the spring with the hope my recommendations have been identified and resolved. Regards,

All was good except we were out in Miners Camp and with a 45 foot motor home site was tight could not open doors on one side trees scraping top and only way out was to do a 4 point turn in a culdesac type area. Wish we were advised as this was not fit for that size of RV.
