Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies: You have up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival to move, transfer, or adjust your reservation. Reservations are fully refundable, less a $15.00 processing fee, when canceled 14 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, there will be no refunds, no transfers, and no adjustments to your reservation.

There are no refunds or credits for early departures. Camping is a rain or shine activity.

While we do realize emergencies pop up or travel plans change, There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
