Refund Policy

Refund Policies: Reservations are fully refundable, less a $15.00 processing fee, when canceled 14 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is within the 14 days, there will be NO refunds, NO transfers, NO adjustments to your reservation. There are no refunds or credits for early departures.

While we realize emergencies occur or travel plans change, There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
