At Magnolia Beach RV Park, electric, water, sewer, trash and fiber-optic wifi are all included. All Deluxe sites are 50 & 30 amp and have water and sewer hookups. Pets are welcome. All of our Deluxe sites have a spacious paved patio and a picnic table. We include parking for 2 vehicles.
