Refund Policy

Rent Payments

Rent is refundable only when cancellation is made 14 or more days (monthly) and 7 or more days (daily and weekly) before the scheduled arrival date (see Cancellation Policy).
Rent is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 14 days (monthly) and 7 Days( daily and weekly) before arrival, and for no-shows.
Once a stay has begun, all lot rent (daily, weekly, monthly) is non-refundable; leaving early or shortening a stay does not qualify for a refund.

Deposits

A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation.
Deposits are refundable, provided:
A written request is sent to magnoliabeachrvp@gmail.com within 3 days of departure.
A photo of the site left clean is attached to the request.
The refund is approved by management.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original card used for payment.
We do not issue refunds by check. If the original card is lost, cancelled, or no longer active, we cannot process the refund.
