Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to magnoliabeachrvp@gmail.com.
Monthly reservations- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date qualify for a full refund (see Refund Policy).
Weekly and Daily Reservations- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled arrival date qualify for a full refund
Cancellations made less than 14 days (Monthly) and 7 Days (Daily and Weekly) before arrival do not qualify for a refund. Guests may request to reschedule instead.
Reservations that are not cancelled and not arrived for will be treated as a no-show, and all rent paid will be forfeited.
