Cancellation Policy

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message to management. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

• The cancellation date and time is recorded at the moment management receives written notice — not when the guest sends it.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Reservations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable at the time of booking.

• Pioneer RV Park reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion. In the event the park cancels a reservation, a full refund will be issued.

• This policy applies to all guests — transient nightly, weekly, and extended stay occupants.

• No exceptions will be made to this policy regardless of circumstance.
