COVID Policy
1 — NO MANDATES
Pioneer RV Park does not require COVID-19 vaccination, testing, or proof of any health status as a condition of occupancy.
No masks or face coverings are required in any area of the park.
Guests are free to make their own personal health decisions. We respect your right to do so.
Management and staff will not ask about your vaccination status or COVID-19 history.
2 — IF YOU ARE SICK
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or any other communicable illness, we ask that you remain in your RV and limit contact with other guests and staff until you are no longer contagious.
You are not required to leave the park. Isolating in your RV is sufficient.
Please notify management if you are ill so we can take reasonable precautions when servicing your site.
Common courtesy applies: avoid shared amenities (laundry, showers, common areas) while symptomatic or positive. Use them when you are well.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3 — GENERAL ILLNESS PRECAUTIONS
We ask all guests to follow standard common-sense precautions for any illness — COVID-19, flu, cold, or otherwise:
Wash hands frequently, especially before using shared amenities.
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Dispose of tissues and personal hygiene items in trash — not left in common areas.
If you feel unwell, rest and limit contact with others until you feel better.
Clean up after yourself in shared spaces. Wipe down equipment after use in the laundry room.
4 — MANAGEMENT & STAFF
Management and staff will not discriminate against any guest based on health status, vaccination status, or illness history.
Staff who are symptomatic will limit contact with guests and take reasonable precautions while working.
Management reserves the right to limit access to shared amenities during a significant illness event in the park to protect the broader community. This is not a mandate — it is a temporary operational decision.
5 — REFUNDS RELATED TO ILLNESS
Illness — including a positive COVID-19 test — does not qualify as grounds for a refund or exception to the Pioneer RV Park Cancellation or Refund Policy.
Guests who choose to leave early due to illness will not receive a refund for unused time.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about illness-related cancellations.
6 — LIABILITY
Pioneer RV Park is not responsible for any illness contracted on the premises.
Guests assume all health-related risks associated with staying at an outdoor communal facility.
By occupying a site at Pioneer RV Park, guests acknowledge this policy and agree to exercise reasonable courtesy toward other guests and staff.
