Renegades on the River – COVID-19 Policy

At Renegades on the River, the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community remain our top priority. We continue to monitor local, state, and CDC guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Health and Safety Expectations

• Guests who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive within the past 5 days, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive should delay their visit.

• If symptoms develop during your stay, please notify the office immediately and follow recommended isolation procedures.

• Guests are encouraged to maintain social distancing in public areas and use hand sanitizer available throughout the property.

• Masks are optional but recommended in crowded indoor spaces for guests who are not fully vaccinated or at higher risk.

Cleaning and Sanitation

• All cabins, restrooms, and common areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly using CDC-approved products.

• High-touch surfaces (door handles, counters, shared equipment) are sanitized multiple times per day.

• Cabins and rentals are thoroughly disinfected between guest stays.

Reservation and Refund Flexibility

• Guests who must cancel due to a positive COVID-19 test or mandatory quarantine may request a reservation credit to be used later in the same calendar year.

• Standard cancellation fees may apply unless documentation of illness or quarantine is provided before check-in.

General Conduct

• We expect all guests to respect others’ comfort levels and personal space.

• Harassment or confrontations regarding mask use or personal health choices will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property without refund.
