Refund Policy

Standard Reservations (Non-Holiday Periods)

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the reservation start date will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged for 2 nights.

• No-shows (failure to check in or notify within 12 hours of check-in time) will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount.

Holiday or Special Event Reservations

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the reservation start date will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for 3 nights.

• No-shows during holidays or special events will forfeit the entire payment.

Refund Method

• All refunds are issued to the credit card on file used at the time of booking.

• Processing fees, reservation fees, and add-on charges (e.g., pet fees, rentals) are non-refundable.

Early Departures

• Early departures are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable once a stay has begun.

Guest Credit (if applicable)

• In some cases, Renegades may issue Guest Credit instead of a refund.

• Guest Credit must be used within the same calendar year as the original reservation.
