Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM EST
  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM EST
  • Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance by management and may incur additional fees.
  • Guests arriving after hours should contact the office for gate access and check-in instructions.

Reservations & Occupancy

  • A reservation guarantees a site type, not a specific site number. Site assignments may change due to maintenance or operational needs.
  • Maximum site occupancy: 6 persons total, including children.
  • Only 1 RV and 1 vehicle are allowed per site unless otherwise approved.
  • Tents are not permitted on RV or cabin sites.
  • Monthly stays require an additional agreement.

Vehicle & Speed Policies

  • Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the park — strictly enforced for guest safety.
  • No parking on grass, roads, or unassigned sites.
  • Additional vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas.
  • ATVs, dirt bikes, and golf carts may only be used for transportation to and from your site. Recreational use inside the park is prohibited.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly cabins and RV sites.
  • A $75 cleaning fee and $50 refundable deposit apply to pet-friendly lodging.
  • Maximum of 2 pets per site.
  • Pets must always be leashed and under control.
  • No pets are allowed in park buildings, pool areas, or playgrounds.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Quiet Hours & Conduct

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Loud music, disruptive behavior, or profanity toward staff or guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Alcohol is permitted at campsites in moderation; intoxication or disorderly conduct is not tolerated.

Fires, Grilling & Smoking

  • Open fires are permitted only in approved fire pits or rings.
  • No charcoal grills or deep fryers are allowed. Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted.
  • Fireworks, firearms, and sparklers are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside cabins, restrooms, and all common buildings. Cleaning fees may apply for violations.

Visitor Policy

  • Only registered guests may enter park grounds.
  • All visitors must check in at the office and obtain a parking pass.
  • Day visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
  • Overnight visitors must be pre-approved and registered prior to 8:00 PM.
  • Visitors may not bring pets.

Pool & Playground Rules

  • Hours: 9:00 AM – Dusk.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • No glass containers or food in pool area.
  • Rough play, diving, or running near the pool is prohibited.
  • Swim diapers are required for young children.

Utilities & Electrical Use

  • Standard sites provide 30/50 amp service.
  • Guests are responsible for managing electrical loads.
  • Tampering with electrical pedestals or park utilities is prohibited.
  • Contact maintenance for assistance; guests may not perform their own repairs.

Trash, Recycling & Cleanliness

  • Dispose of trash in designated containers.
  • Do not leave trash outside overnight.
  • Hazardous waste, oil, or furniture must not be placed in dumpsters.
  • Help keep the park clean — littering is prohibited.

Cabin Rules

  • Cabins must be left in a reasonably clean condition (broom-swept, dishes washed, garbage removed).
  • A $125 cleaning fee applies if left excessively dirty.
  • Smoking inside cabins will result in a $250 fee.
  • Report any damages to the office immediately.

Safety & Emergencies

  • In case of an emergency, call 911, then notify the front office.
  • Shelter areas during severe weather are located in bathhouse and laundry facilities.
  • Fire extinguishers and emergency contact information are located at every cabin and major facility.

Liability & Damages

  • Guests assume full responsibility for injury, damage, or loss caused by themselves, their children, or their pets.
  • Renegades on the River is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of property.
  • Guests violating park policies may be evicted without refund.

Acknowledgment

By entering Renegades on the River, you agree to abide by all park rules, terms, and conditions.
Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.


Renegades on the River reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law.
