Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requirements are determined by the type of reservation and the amount of notice provided.

Daily Rate Reservations

Cancellations and changes to daily rate reservations require a minimum of seven days’ notice before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations or changes made at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes made less than seven days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be provided for early departures or unused nights.

28-Day Rate Reservations

No refunds will be provided for a 28-day rate reservation once the applicable invoicing period has commenced.

Guests wishing to end a multi-month reservation earlier than the original departure date must provide notice to the Westerner Park RV Resort at least 14 days before the start of the next invoicing period.

Cancellation requests received after this deadline will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
