Westerner Park RV Resort Terms & Conditions

Welcome! Whether you’re here for a weekend or a season, we’re glad to have you. Please take a few moments to read these Terms & Conditions. By staying at our RV Resort, you agree to follow these policies so we can provide a clean, safe, and welcoming space for everyone.

1.      General Stay Agreement

Westerner Park RV Resort is a daily-use recreational facility. Your stay is governed by a license to occupy. Westerner Park RV Resort reserves the right to move site reservation as we deem necessary due to booking configurations.

2.      Reservations & Payments

  • Payment is due in full upon your arrival, via Visa, Mastercard, or Interac, we do not accept cash or cheques.

3.      Long-Term & Seasonal Stays

  • Long-term (28+ day) stays are available year-round

  • Long term stays require a $300 deposit to hold the site and will be invoiced in 28-day periods.

    • Payment for the first invoice is due prior to or upon your arrival.

    • Payment for additional invoices will be due on the first day of the billing period.

    • No permanent residency is permitted. Guests must maintain a PO Box or alternate mailing address.

4.      Campground Rules

  • Check-In, Check-Out & Quiet Time

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM (Guest may be able to check in early if the site is ready early)

    • Check-out: 12:00 PM (Late check-out may be available subject to site availability and must be requested through the office)

    • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

    • Please be respectful at all hours. No loud music, generators, or rowdy behavior at any time.

  • Guests, Visitors & Occupancy

    • Only registered guests are allowed after 10:00 PM.

    • Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.

    • All visitors must follow resort rules.

    • Site occupancy must be kept to reasonable limits.

  • Site Maintenance & Cleanliness

    • Keep your site neat, clutter-free, and clean.

    • Sewer and Water Connections must use air-tight sewer adapters; hoses and cords must be on gravel.

    • No open storage of boats, trailers, appliances, or excessive gear.

    • RVs must be operational, clean, and well-maintained.

    • Permanent Structures (sheds, add-ons, fences, etc.) are prohibited, unless approved by resort management.

  • Vehicles & Speed

    • One sleeping unit and one vehicle per site.

    • Extra vehicles park in designated overflow areas only.

      • Overflow Parking will be inaccessible from 10pm – 6am every day.

    • Resort speed limit is 10 km/h at all times.

  • Pets

    • Must always be on a leash, cleaned up after, and not left unattended.

    • Dog runs or pens are prohibited.

    • Aggressive pets or repeated barking may result in removal.

  • Campfires & BBQs

    • Fires are allowed in provided fire pits only.

    • No open flames during fire bans.

    • Propane BBQs must stay off the grass.

  • Utilities & Waste

    • No washing RVs or vehicles on site.

    • Air-tight sewer connections are required; keep hoses and cords on gravel.

    • Guests must only use the sewer connection on their site or the on-site dump station for black or grey water disposal.

  • Prohibited Activities

    • No ATVs

    • No major RV repairs or maintenance.

    • No using shared facilities for unintended use (e.g. using laundry room sink for washing dishes)

    • Alcohol must be kept in your own site.

    • Respect other guests’ sites.

  • Shared Amenities

    • Respect posted rules in washrooms, laundry, and other facilities.

    • Loonie-operated showers are available.

    • Loonie- & quarter-operated laundry facilities are available

5.      Safety, Behavior & Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to remove any guest, without refund, for:

    • Failure to pay site fees

    • Aggressive, abusive, or illegal behavior

    • Breach of park rules

    • Staying longer than the permitted time

  • All guests are responsible to supervise the actions of any minors that are part of their group

6.      Liability Waiver

  • Guests accept all risks associated with camping and RVing. Westerner Park is not liable for accidents, theft, or damage to property. Please keep valuables secure and follow all safety notices.
