Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the type of reservation and the amount of notice provided.

Daily Rate Reservations

Daily rate reservations cancelled or changed at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes made less than seven days before the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be issued for early departures or unused nights.

28-Day Rate Reservations

No refunds will be provided for a 28-day rate reservation once the applicable invoicing period has commenced.

Guests wishing to end a multi-month reservation earlier than the original departure date must provide notice to the Westerner Park RV Resort at least 14 days before the start of the next invoicing period. Notice received after this deadline will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Any eligible refund will be processed through the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s financial institution.
