Nice flat spots for parking. The sharp turn to enter the park is difficult. The grass was way overgrown, but overall well maintained. We didn't see a dumpster to leave trash but perhaps just missed it. Great location close to town. Would definitely stay here again.

The grass is on the deck, so the picnic table at the site was barely usable, and following the rain the entire site, including our power cable and surrounding area was 3 inches underwater so it was impossible to use anything outside of the trailer. While we appreciate the refund of a day, it clearly did not offset the fact that we went to the campsite not to sit in our trailer, but to be outside I realize there has been much damage in the area however, if the site is totally underwater every time it rains it should probably be taken off-line until that’s corrected.

We were in a site right next to the sewage vent. The smell significantly impacted our family camping trip and made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. We understand that issues like this can happen, but we were disappointed that the site was rented in those conditions without any warning.

Nothing to do in the campground and two close to highway. Heard a lot of traffic. No one even greeted us.

Never saw management. No bathrooms. Good location for Biltmore but right next to highway. Unkept

Its in an odd spot ..Hard to get in and out of ..having to make U turns but the email instructions you get do give you a heads up with turn around locations. Its right on the river but 7' up from the water and the edge along each campsite is full of holes and uneven ground. Probably from the storm a few years back as they lost a lot of trees. Still beautiful and it was fun watching the mom woodchuck with her 5 babies every morning. A walking/biking trail runs right thru the campground which is a nice am or pm activity. No bathrooms/shower building and no manager on site. The noise level from 2 interstates, one on each side of the campground is palatable.

Difficult to get in and no facilities

The location in terms of near Asheville is great, but you are right under a highway and the highway noise can be loud. We thought for what it offered, nothing but a site, it was a bit expensive.

This was a pleasant level place to stay. We were backed up to the river so very nice view. Not too hard to get in and out. Was quiet in the rv park but there was some road noise from the interstate which was close by. Noise did not bother us at all. They pick up trash daily which was nice. Only downside for us was no laundry facilities and other campers could not find a bathhouse? This rv park is difficult to get into due to a VERY sharp U turn at the entrance. But they give good directions to turn around and enter the park driving straight in. Overall a nice clean place to stay to visit the Biltmore. Park manager was very nice to talk with when we had a question. We would stay there again.

The site was good- clean, flat, full hookups and by the river. The road has a extreme U-turn that makes it awkward to get into the RV park, but following email directions gets you there more easily. A wonderful walking path along the river for as long a distance as you care to go. The area was under a lot of construction, probably mostly due to the recent large storm damage. No one to greet or answer questions. Not sure what to do about the trash, but everyone left a bag on the street and it was picked up. No bathroom, shower or laundry. If you have a car it’s in a good location to see Asheville, if not, then it’s not. It’s certainly a good one night camp stay for a reasonable price.

Campground was very small and close to a busy freeway for noise. But also very convenient for a spot to stay over night while on the road. The river spots were very beautiful. Trying to get into the campgrounds was a bit of a struggle but nothing to be to concerns about. Overall very pleased for what it was. A spot to park and rest when traveling.

The staff was very accommodating since we had to keep pushing our reservation due to poor weather conditions. Never stayed there before but would definitely book again!

Excellent space along the river w/full hookups

Small RV Park was nice. No amenities. Highway was VERY noisy.

Great new campground. Small and hosts were great.

Park was clean and very easy to navigate. Parking pads and fire pits were new and in great condition. Location was perfect for our weekend plans.

Convenient location. On Greenway, great place to walk or bike. Quiet campground.

Convenient, no frills camping on the French Broad River. We used the campground as home base for the surrounding area.
