We had a very hard time finding the campground even with your website directions. Poor signage. Tried to reach someone by phone when couldn’t find campground, had to stop at local store and ask where you were located.

Very convenient to the French Broad Greenway!!! The road noise was a little much but inside the motorhome it was bearable. Would stay here again!

While it is true they are on the river; they are equally on the highway. I felt deceived into expecting a tranquil experience; instead I listened to trucks using exhaust braking descending the hill.

Nice location, on the river & bike trail & within 4 miles to downtown Asheville! Full hookups but no amenities (bathhouse, laundry, office).

• We arrived in the rain. The back of our pad was puddled with mud and water. Drainage needs to be managed. • Our fire ring was buried in mud. • Plugs are inverted making hookup with surge protector difficult. • Restroom should be open with code throughout the year. If camping is available, restrooms should be accessible. • Location is fantastic with bike path easily accessible. Beautiful setting.

Nice small campground. Bike path runs through park. Some sites are right on the French Broad river (we were somewhat concerned about flooding). Close to downtown. It’s a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the campground. I would camp here again.

As others stated you do hear Highway noise. We loved being located on the walking trail. $12-$15 Uber rides to downtown was well worth it.

The check in was quick and the owner is pleasant. The view of the river is wonderful. There aren't a lot of amenities as far as activities by the campground however, the amenities are the river and all the things that go with that. It's located near the Arts District, bike path, park and not far from downtown. This is a great location. It's clean and quiet.

Soon many homeless and so much traffic coming through campground. Definitely wouldn't let a child outside. Bathroom was more for a toddler. Road noise was killer. Good thing was, I didn't get anything stolen. It's basically ally parking your camper in the middle of a public park
